Advisory services
Alongside the platform, Capital offers direct advisory support to companies and governments working on Offset and Industrial Participation. Advisory work is contracted separately from any platform subscription.

Understanding the obligation, choosing the right mix of activities and shaping a credible plan.

Structuring technology transfer, training and co-production arrangements with in-country partners.
Structured export finance
Payment structures and financing arrangements that support capital equipment exports under Offset commitments.

Sectors
Capital works mainly with companies in aerospace, defence, security and space. Any company with technology or capability of interest to a government customer can benefit from the same approach.
How we work
Engagements usually begin with a short discussion of your goals and target market, followed by a written proposal. Work is carried out under a services agreement, with fees agreed case by case.
Training and the Council
Offset practitioner course
A practitioner's masterclass for people new to Offset and Industrial Participation: eight modules, a UK elective and a live negotiation simulation, online over nine weeks or in-house over three days.
UK National Offset Council (UK-NOC)
An informal quarterly gathering in London for people with an interest in UK Offset: Ministry of Defence officials, UK companies and overseas suppliers. Organised and hosted by Capital. The first meeting takes place in Q4 2026.
