Our principles
- Private by design. Uploaded parts lists, saved projects, shortlists, enquiries, trackers and supplier replies are designed to be visible only to your organisation's account, not to Capital.
- No go-between. You contact UK companies directly, in your own name. Capital is never placed between you and your suppliers.
- Unclassified information only. The platform needs plain descriptions. Please do not upload classified or export-controlled information, drawings or part numbers.
- Sanitised enquiries. First-contact enquiries leave out part numbers, programme names and customer names, and you approve every line before anything is produced.
- Nothing sent for you. The platform never sends emails on your behalf.
Separate services
Capital's advisory services are contracted separately from the platform. Platform data is not used for advisory work.
