A critical stage of any new cooperation is for Capital to understand the client's ambitions. Therefore, initial discussions will focus on short term and long term goals which will include determining the countries and regions of interest where our clients consider offer the best chances of success.
Capital will then review the client's products and services to develop a business proposition that can be communicated with government and industry in specific countries. This will enable commercial discussions to begin in earnest on both the development of a localised product and the end user.
Capital will develop an initial proposal based on its knowledge and experience in those markets. This proposal would include details of relevant contact points, funding sources and recommended in-country partners.
Once the client is comfortable with the proposals, Capital would begin to engage in face to face meetings with in-country partners and funding sources to secure an expression of interest based on the proposal contents.
We can work either as part of your business development team to expand its capabilities and introduce new perspectives on leveraging existing commercial relationships and in-house capability or, can provide of tailor made opportunities with local partners and work them independently.
